Who are the Ascended Masters? We have been instructed not to disclose their names, to stop you from researching any information on them before you receive your Blessing. All of the information about your Ascended Master is to be revealed through channeling him/her. It is forbidden to “Google” or to use any other means to learn anything about them before your blessing.
However, we can tell you that some of the Ascended Masters are Prophets, spiritual teachers, Japanese Goddesses, Grecian Gods & Goddesses, African Goddesses, Egyptian Gods & Goddesses, Greek Deity, Hindu Gods & Goddesses, Polynesian Goddesses, 4th Century Healer, Buddhist Goddesses, Celtic Gods and a few others.
How is the Ascended Master chosen for you? The decision is divinely guided. As you channel him/her, it will become clear why they are exactly who you needed to guide you on making decisions that are in your “highest good”. Once your “channel” is opened, it will never close. Your Ascended Master will be waiting to communicate with you 24/7.
How do you begin to connect with your Ascended Master? For beginners, the easiest way is to journal as you channel. It is a quiet process: no TV, no music and cell phones off. You need to be still and listen for the answers to your questions. The first thought is their response. Don’t change the wording to be your own, just write what you hear. Some of the Ascended Masters are lengthy in their explanations, and others are very brief and to the point.
What do I ask my Ascended Master? As you sit quietly, after you receive your 1st Star Blessing, listen for what they have to tell you. Brush your own thoughts away… After you have waited 15 minutes, and have not received any communication, write down the sounds you are aware of, like a bird chirping. Then, ask your Ascended Master, “What do I need to know now?” Wait for the response and write down exactly what you hear. Then, perhaps, ask one more question of importance to you and wait for their answer. You are required to be in the state of “channeling” for 20 minutes with this Initiation.
After you receive the 1st Star Blessing you may feel tired, or have minor physical sensations for the next 3 days. Therefore, it is strongly recommended that you schedule your Star Blessings when you can relax, not have work obligations or need to study. It is also advised to drink lots of water over the next 3 days. Be sensitive to what your body needs and respond in kind.

To solidify the connection with your Ascended Master, you must channel him/her at least twice a week for 30 days. After 30 days, if you wish, you may ask your Ascended Master to introduce you to another Ascended Master you wish to receive guidance from.
